POP today!!!~
finally... everything has ended.
4 years have whooshed by just like THAT.
we made it!
and i thought i wouldn't even make it that far.or feel that sad to leave np.
okayys. may i begin? hahas.
met huiyan a little earlier in school to do the POP prezzies. waited to change. watched the NDP rehearsal.. played vball. changed. then the PARADE!! the sec4s got our PLAQUES!!
when our names were called out, and we were walking to receive the plaques from the teacher. there was an indescribable feeling. felt really touched that like, our efforts being recognised and everything. then PHOTO-TAKING time...so damn long and draggy. had dinner (the last dinner we'll ever have together as a squad???) sniff.
changed to our POP tees!! VERY nice. went to the hall and the juniors went around giving the sec4s souvenirs.
TADAHHH. sniff.how touching.
concert began. woohoo~ overall...very memorable.[and HANDSOME RAYMOND sang!!] the songs ALMOST made some of us cry lahh.. but we had to reserve them for the FINALE!! hahas. okayokay i teared A LITTLE.but not so much... i saved most of it for the ending. lols. huiyan,jeanette,serene,queeny & wanping were like tearing so much and all...! hahas.had a hard time keeping the tears in.
then alvin read out a speech...and my tears just started flowing like a spoilt tap lahh. he said one of the things he regret was not spending enough time with our squadmates...could totally relate with that...i wasn't there during the NanyangGirls' competition thingy and the ATF. sorry guys....
and actually the video the sec4s wanted so much to see couldnt be played cos of some tech error thingy..[everyone was like praying for it to work!!].but fortunately it was finally able to be played! YAY! almost everyone cried, and their eyes were all bloodshot after the lights came on. hahas. REAL MEN DO CRY lahh okay. hahas.
feeling so high/euphoric...we went back to the np room only to be told to return our ranks,crests & buttons.wow.and we thought we might be able to take a photo of it first.so.....cursing & scolding...we took them out and returned them.ugh.
so our CIs [peihui,andrew,jeanne,jocelyn] talked to us before we were released. 4years have really gone by THAT FAST.
i feel old, dammit. hahas. so we went to LJS and had supper.finally bought The Princess Hours. saw chaichin. chatted. went home.
