today was the 2nd day of the kayaking course. we were flying solo today!! or rather, paddling. lol. arms are aching sooo much. cos it was pretty difficult to control the spinning boat. very easy to capsize sia. haopei can paddle real fast. and even though our instructor was pretty okay, but i tink the 1st group learnt more stuff than us. plus jea.,huiyan, serene & i tink that maybe she favours the boys a WEE BIT more than the four of us. lol.
did the rescue drill with alvin and jeanette. had some difficulty with it but was one of the 1st few to finish in the end!! LOL.
played some capsizing game & drank loads of saltwater. *P-TUI!!*and my J-Draw is nice, so i've been told. wahaha. and fortunately we weren't in THAT group like last week. phew!!
alvin spotted a jellyfish while we were swimming around & resting. but we thought maybe it was a fraud. wahaha. later junrong said he saw a pink one too, so THERE ARE jellyfishes!! lol.
got punished by ma'ams after the course. we kind of like, expected it already. since yuanze & andrew sir were quite "lenient" in the morning. ah well. at dinner at ljs later, raymond ate 4 [or 5?] cups of mashes potato. and he says he's on a diet. YEAH.
i saw a little boy & his mom talking about taking lessons like swimming, music, and etc. the boy said that the only free day he had was on wednesday. poor boy. his mommy won't even let him rest. lol. i know its good to learn stuff when you're much younger, yes. but exhaust the boy till liddat? hahas. parents these days really know how to push a child. i'm not saying it ain't good. its good. seriously. cos i dint get the chance to do all those stuff. i learnt it a little too late. learning it all now just seems a waste of time isn't it. sheesh.
